We provide duct cleaning for up to 5 supply registers. Cleaning the ductwork with a rotary brush vacuum with a HEPA filter. Each supply register is removed to allow for the cleaning and is then reinstalled and cleaned. The return air cavity is then vacuumed out to remove any contaminants. The air conditioning equipment blower is then started and a biocide sprayer is installed in the return air cavity to fog the ductwork with a biocide. The biocide kills most organisms and leaves a fresh smell in the ductwork. Finally, an ozone generator is set close to the return air grille and started while the air conditioning system blower is running. The one day ozone treatment requires that the apartment or home be vacant including pets or plants. The ozone disenfects the ductwork, deodorizes carpets, and removes the smell of cigarette smoke from the apartment.
